For three nights only, acclaimed Michelin-trained guest chef Wandile Mabaso of the SA Culinary Club celebrates Good France 2019 with a Côte d'Azur-inspired four course haute cuisine experience, paired with sommelier-selected wines.
As one of over 3000 restaurants participating in the annual Good France/Goût de France festival, The Course brings Johannesburg gastronomes the best of contemporary French cuisine - from Mabaso's ten-ingredient amuse-bouche and langoustine fondant entrée, to his 24 hour braised Provençal lamb shank and fruit-infused gelée. The experience includes a performance by celebrated jazz trio Yonela Mnana (piano), Ariel Zamomsky (bass) and Siphiwe Shiburi (drums).
